How can I open an account?

1. Click the link “Signup”. 2. Enter the data required for account registration. 3. Click the button “Signup”. 4. Please, enter correct data, exactly matching your official documents.

How can I verify my account?

Verification is necessary for work safety, prevention of unauthorized access to personal data and funds stored on your GlobalPremier account, smooth withdrawal. 1. Choose Verification section in your Profile settings. 2. Fill in the necessary fields. Please, enter correct data, exactly matching your official documents. 3. Upload color copies of your passport or government issued ID with your photo and address proof in ‘jpg’, ‘jpeg’, ‘png’, ‘gif’ or ‘pdf’ format of a total size not exceeding 5 Mb. 4. Click the button “Send request”. It will be considered shortly after, the maximum time of consideration being 24 hours. In case your request is declined, you will receive a notification to your e-mail address; the reason of decline will be stated in your Personal area.

How many accounts can I open?

You can open one account of each type: • Cent, • Micro, • Standard, • Zero Spread, • Maximum 10 meta account for each userid. In order to be able to open up to 10 accounts of any type, you need to fulfill the following conditions: • verify your Personal area, • make sure that the total deposit to all accounts in your Personal area is 100$ or more.

How can I make a deposit and withdraw funds?

You can fund your account in your Personal area, via “Financial operations” section, choosing any of the available payment systems. Withdrawal from a trading account can be executed in your Personal area via the same payment system that was used for depositing. In case the account was funded via various methods, withdrawal is executed via the same methods in the ratio according to the deposited sums.

Can I change my account type?

No, you can’t. Please register for an additional account in the Members Area.

Do you offer binary option trading?

No, we do not.

Can I withdraw my money if I have an open position?

No, you only allow to withdrawal your balance from your trading account if you don’t have any open position.

Can I use robot/auto traders or expert advisors?

Yes, you can. All our trading platforms support the use of EAs.
